Marketing Upskilling
Marketing Upskilling and Coaching for Small Businesses
These sessions are for small business owners and small teams who want to build confidence in a specific area of Marketing, so they feel better equipped to put their learning into practice.
You may be doing the Marketing yourself, have a newly formed team that needs practical marketing training, or have established team members who would benefit from refreshing their knowledge and building confidence in specific areas of marketing.
Most small businesses don’t have the luxury of large L&D budgets or in-house Marketing leads. I offer a practical, informal approach to building marketing skills through tailored online sessions and targeted coaching-style guidance. It’s shaped around your goals, your business and the areas where more confidence is needed.
In some cases, I help small business owners get clearer on a specific area of Marketing they want to understand better. In others, I help team members get to grips with the systems, tools and processes they need to do the job more confidently, or help experienced staff shift from tactical doers to more strategic thinkers.
Sessions can be delivered one-to-one or to a small group online. The focus is always shaped around what you want to achieve, so the time feels useful, relevant and practical.
