I became self-employee in June 2017 after working in marketing and events roles for over 13 years, including:

• Marketing Manager at Brightwave Group, Capita Learning

• e-Communications Manager at The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

• Digital Marketing Manager at the RSPCA

• Head of Operations and Events at The Association for Learning Technology (ALT).

I’ve held Chartered Marketer status since 2013 - international recognition of an up-to-date, experienced and qualified marketing professional, awarded by CIM on a combination of experience and qualifications.

In addition to over 20 years of marketing experience, I have a degree in e-Communications and theoretical and practical expertise in line management, leadership, recruitment and employee development.

I’m experienced in:

• copywriting

• event management

• trade show strategy and logistical planning

• social media engagement.

As well as films, food and a good pub quiz (!) I’m passionate about inbound marketing, integrated marketing communication and leveraging employee engagement to raise brand awareness and drive success.
